Month-to-month subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on the applicable billing date each month. You may cancel before the next renewal to avoid the following charge. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Access continues through the end of the current paid billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months except where required by applicable law.
Annual subscriptions paid upfront
Annual subscriptions are charged in full on activation for a 12-month term. They renew automatically at the annual rate disclosed at checkout unless canceled before renewal. Annual fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. The checkout displays the complete amount charged today, estimated renewal date, and renewal price.
Founding Member promotional pricing
Founding Member pricing applies for the first 3 successful monthly billing cycles or the first annual term. The subscription then continues automatically at the standard price disclosed at checkout. Capacity is temporarily reserved when checkout begins; a permanent spot number is assigned only after verified activation.
Subscription tokens
Monthly token allowances are granted only after successful monthly payments. Annual plans grant the complete 12-month allocation after successful annual payment and do not also receive monthly deposits during that annual term. Credited tokens do not expire and carry forward while the account remains active and in good standing.
Tokens have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, sold, traded, or transferred. Cancellation stops future grants but does not remove tokens already credited. Refunds, reversals, disputes, and chargebacks may cause the associated token grant to be reversed.
Token purchases
Token packs are one-time purchases. They stack with subscription tokens, do not expire while the account remains active and in good standing, and remain separately traceable in the billing ledger.
Plan changes
Upgrades and downgrades use their own confirmation flow. The amount due, effective date, new recurring price, and entitlement change are displayed before confirmation. A downgrade cannot silently replace an active paid entitlement before the disclosed effective date.
Cancellation and Refund limitations
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges; access continues through the end of the current paid billing period. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, completed subscription payments, renewals, token purchases, partially used periods, unused features, and unused time are final and non-refundable.
